These Terms of Service govern the landscaping services provided by Carolina Canvas.

Estimates

All estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared. Additional work requested after acceptance may require a revised estimate.

Scheduling

Appointment dates are estimates and may change due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, hidden obstacles, pets, or other conditions that may affect the work.

Payment

Payment is due according to the invoice terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to applicable fees permitted by law.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Weather

Outdoor landscaping services are weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services when weather conditions make work unsafe or could affect quality.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, landscaping services are provided without an ongoing warranty. Any concerns regarding workmanship should be reported promptly so we have the opportunity to inspect and address them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by weather, hidden site conditions, utility issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting a revised version on our website.
